CAR'Sは三重県多気郡明和町の自動車販売店。県道37号沿いに位置する。正式名称不明で、建物壁面に残された「CAR'S」を通称とする。 1980年前後に開業。ショールーム建物および事務整備建物の2棟から成り、当時は並びに店舗もなく、田んぼの真ん中の一本道沿いの店だった。 2012年11月時点で閉業から一定年数が経過し、2つの建物は外装が色褪せ、落書きがされている。事務建物には「売物件」らしい掲示がある。 その後「売物件」の掲示もなくなり、2016～2018年にショールームのガラスが大きく損壊、「管理地」の張り紙がされている。 2021年頃には敷地全体に草木が繁茂し、2022年11月現在、草の海の中に2つの建物が取り残されている。 なお、向かって右には<a href="https://haikyo.info/s/11853.html">バトル明和店</a>が隣接している。
CAR'S is a car dealer in Meiwa Town, Taki District, Mie Prefecture. Located along Prefectural Route 37. The official name is unknown, and the common name is "CAR'S" left on the wall of the building.
