八戸線貨物支線 (Hachinohe Sen Kamotsu Shisen)

八戸線貨物支線は青森県八戸市の本八戸駅と湊駅を結んでいた2.7kmの区間。 1985年3月14日廃止。現在も高架線路跡が残る。 また線路跡に作られた「みさき通り」竣工記念としてED75-79型第1動輪が展示されている。ただし八戸線は全線非電化であり、電気機関車であるED75形とは関係ない。 地図は湊駅跡。

Hachinohe Line Cargo Branch

The Hachinohe Line Cargo branch line is a section of 2.7 km connecting Honhachinohe Station and Higashi Station in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. Abolished March 14, 1985. The trace of the elevated railway remains at present. In addition, as a memorial for the completion of "Misaki Dori" made on railroad tracks, ED 75-79 type 1st driving wheel is exhibited. However, the Hachinohe line is a non-electrified all-way line, and it is not related to ED 75 type electric locomotive. Map is a trace of Minato station.
