沢山集落は長野県千曲市（旧・更埴市）の廃村集落。 昭和20年から昭和30年代半ばにかけて入植が行われ、畑作や酪農が行われていたが、昭和60年代に無人化したらしい。 複数の廃屋の他、中部農協の牛舎が残されている。

In addition to several abandoned houses, the barn barns of Chubu agricultural cooperatives are left.
