大日向鉱山は長野県南佐久郡佐久穂町にあった鉱山。茂来山（もらいさん）山麓に位置する。 強い磁性を持つ天然の磁鉄鉱が採れることで知られる。 茂来山たたら遺跡が町指定文化財となっている。 たたら場の遺跡、二つの坑口跡が残る。 立入禁止・採取禁止となっている。
