善光寺白馬電鉄、通称「善白鉄道」は、善光寺平と白馬を結ぶべくして建設された鉄道である。 昭和11年に南長野-善光寺温泉間が開通、昭和17年に南長野-裾花口（長野市小鍋）間が完成したが、戦争で休止。そのまま復活することなく廃線となった。 地図は廃隧道が二つ残る長野市茂菅集落。
Zenkoji Hakuba Electric Railway, the so-called "good and bad railroad" is a railway constructed to connect Zenkoji-sama with Hakuba. Between the Minami-Nagano and Zenkoji hot springs opened in 1954, and between the Minami-Nogono and Hemomeka entrance (Nagano city Ootabe) in 1954, it was closed in war.
