信陽鉱山 (Shin Hi Kōzan)

信陽鉱山(しんようこうざん)は長野県上田市の鉱山。 昭和13年に開発開始、昭和15年より(株)東京窯業の直営原料鉱山として本格的に開発。耐火物原料を中心に2,000~6,000t/月が生産され、昭和34年以降は高珪酸質な鉱石が農薬用粉材原科として利用されるようになり、5,000~6,000t/月に増加した。昭和49年に(株)中日鉱業の経営となる。昭和50年代に入り農薬や耐火物原料の需要が低下し生産が減少した。 葉ろう石、ズニ石、褐鉄鉱が採取されるという。
