南島原市立山口小学校は長崎県南島原市にあった学校。 1874年（明治7年）11月に下等山口小学校として加津佐村に創立。2014年（平成26年）3月閉校。 1956年（昭和31年）築の美しい木造校舎が残る。
Minami Shimabara Municipal Yamaguchi Elementary School was a school in Minamishimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture. In 1874 (Meiji 7) November founded in Kazusa village as a lower Yamaguchi elementary school. Closed in March 2014 (Heisei 20). A beautiful wooden school building built in 1956 (Showa 31 years) remains.
