熊ノ平駅(信越本線旧線) (Kumanotaira Eki)

熊ノ平駅(くまのたいらえき)は、群馬県碓氷郡松井田町(現・安中市)にあった、日本国有鉄道信越本線の駅。 信号場時代は熊ノ平信号場(くまのたいらしんごうじょう)として、国鉄と国鉄分割民営化後は東日本旅客鉄道(JR東日本)が管轄していた。 信号所に降格後40年以上も経っているが、国道18号(旧道)から同駅へ続く階段の遺跡は一部健在である。草生した夏場では解りづらいが、草が枯れる秋から春までは確認できる。

Kumanomira station (Kumanobeira station) was located in Matsuida-cho, Usui-gun, Gunma Prefecture (present · Annaka city), Japan National Railway Shinetsu main line station. In the signal field era, as the Kumanonaira signaling field (Kumanomori Shigoto), after the privatization of the National Railways and the National Railways East Japan Railway Company (JR East) had jurisdiction. Although it has been over 40 years since demotion to the signaling place, the ruins of the stairs which continue from National Route No. 18 (old road) to the same station are partly alive. It is difficult to understand in the summer weed but grass can be confirmed from autumn to spring.
