新町検問所は群馬県高崎市の警察施設。国道17号線中山道沿いに位置する。 群馬県警察本部交通機動隊の広域交通検問所で、レトロで趣のある建物が残る。 検問所自体は物置のようになっていて使用されていないらしいが、すぐ背後の交番は現役施設である。 2018年2月解体。
Shinmachi checkpoint is a police facility in Takasaki City, Gumma Prefecture. It is located along Route 17 Route Nakasendo. At the wide area traffic check point of the Gumma Prefectural Police Headquarters Traffic Tribunal Corps, quaint buildings remain in retro. The checkpoint itself seems like a storeroom and it seems that it is not used, but the police station immediately behind is an active facility. Dismantled February 2018.
