大葛鉱山（おおくぞこうざん）は秋田県大館市にあった鉱山。ほぼ、金を産出したため大葛金山とも言われている。 伝説によれば発見は708年であるとされる。東大寺仏像鋳造に献金したり、金閣寺造営にも献金したと言われる。 1873年〜1877年には工部省の直轄となり、大葛鉱山精錬所が建設された。以後は尾去沢鉱山と同様に経営権が三菱財閥に移り、生産が盛んになった。1975年12月閉山。 地図は精錬所跡付近。
