高倉鉱山 (Takakura Kōzan)

高倉鉱山は福島県南相馬市(原町市高倉・相馬郡飯館村蕨平)にあった鉱山。  1907年頃発見、主に鉄鉱石が採掘された。高倉鉱業、北海電気興業、日鉄鉱業と経営が移り、1960年閉山。 磁鉄鉱・磁硫鉄鉱・褐鉄鉱・黒銅鉱・黄銅鉱・孔雀石・珪孔雀石・方解石などが採取されるという。 僅かな施設跡、ズリ跡が見られる。 原町森林鉄道の新田川線から高倉鉱山専用鉄道が引かれていた。

Takakura Mine

Takakura Mine was a mine located in Minamioma-shi, Fukushima Prefecture (Haramakura, Soma-gun, Iitate Village, Harima-gun). Discovered around 1907, mainly iron ore was mined. Takakura Mining, Beihai Electric Industry, Nittetsu Mining and Management moved, closed in 1960. It is said that magnetite, magnetic sulfurite, limonite, black copper ore, chalcopyrite, malachite, quartzite and calcite are collected. Small facility traces, slippery traces are seen. A railway dedicated to Takakura mine was drawn from the Shin Tagawa line of Haramachi Forest Railway.
