(Furusawa Ya)

Furusawaya

Furusawaya is a soba restaurant and a rice-cake restaurant in Nishi-Aizu-cho, Tama-gun, Fukushima. Located along the Agawa River along Route 49. It is considered to be a business start in the late 1970s. It was a single-story restaurant offering homemade buckwheat noodles with 100% buckwheat flour. There is "Kiyobei Onsen" on the site, and I could get in for free. Without eating and drinking at Furusawaya, it was said that even hot spring alone could enter freely. It has also been featured in NHK's "Onsen Hot Spring". It is said that the name "Kiyobei" is a copy of the cup noodle "Donbei". Closed in about February 2009. It was said that it was a business on weekends only at the end of the year. Although it is extant as of May 2019 and weeds are on the site, the building itself is relatively clean. At the entrance there is a signboard saying "Akita Inu is in the store. We will not be liable for any personal injury caused by unauthorized entry." Machine security is introduced and managed.
