福岡県田川市平松町にある三井田川鉱業所事務所跡。1937（昭和12）年築。 現在は新田川不動産の管理となっている。 事務所の他、倉庫風な建屋や給水塔などの遺構が残り、映画のロケ等にも利用されているらしい。
