福井県越前市下平吹町の寮。越前警察署王子保駐在所の裏手に位置する。 壁面に「ヒットユニオン」の文字があり、屋上に「名晋」という看板があるが、双方とも現役の人材派遣会社名であり、関係は不詳。付近に「SHINKO」の文字が読み取れ、これも人材派遣会社名にあるが、関係不詳。「ヒット○ニオン」等として紹介されていることもある。 人材派遣会社の外国人向け寮だったらしい。
