地蔵平（大又）は、神奈川県足柄上郡山北町の廃村集落。 明治30年代に入植開始し、大正12年には大又沢分校も創設された。 昭和35年の分校の閉校と同時期に、住民の方がすべて山を下りたという。 地名の由来である地蔵尊が残っている。
Jizo Hira (Otsumata) is a village of waste villages in Yamakita-cho, Ashigaramigami-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture. The settlement began in the Meiji 30s, and the Omasato branch was also founded in 1912. At the same time as the closing of the school in 1965, the residents all went down the mountain. Jizo, the origin of the place name, remains.
