相谷隧道は滋賀県東近江市佐目町にある廃隧道。 国道421号線の相谷第一トンネル（2006年10月竣工）旧道に位置する。 旧道はフェンスで通行止めとなっており、隧道東側坑口もフェンス封鎖され、内部は土砂で埋められている。 西側坑口跡は現隧道脇に僅かに確認できる。 また廃道区間には廃橋梁も存在する。
Aiya Tsunemichi is a waste tunnel located in Sagami-cho, Higashiomi city, Shiga prefecture. Located in the old road of Aiya Daiichi tunnel (Route 421 Route completed in October 2006). The old road is closed with a fence, the earthen hole on the east side of the tunnel is also sealed with a fence, and the interior is filled with earth and sand. The western entrance site can be confirmed slightly beside the current road. There is also a waste bridge in the waste road section.
