細尾第一発電所 (Hosō Dai Ichi Hatsuden Sho)

細尾第一発電所は、栃木県日光市細尾町にある足尾銅山関連施設跡の一つ。「細○第一発電所」等として紹介されていることもある。 明治23年、古河鉱業(現在の古河機械金属)が足尾銅山の動力電化のために間藤水力発電所として建設。日本で三番目に古い発電所。 明治39年に細尾第一発電所が完成したことから、間藤発電所は足尾町の電力会社に使用権を移譲。昭和29年に廃止。 煉瓦造りの美しい建物が残る。

Hosoi Daiichi Power Station

The Hosoi Daiichi Power Station is one of Ashio Copper Mountain related facilities traces in Nogako-cho, Nikko-shi, Tochigi prefecture. It is sometimes introduced as "Fine ○ Daiichi Power Station" etc. In the Meiji 23rd year, the Furukawa mining industry (present Furukawa machine metal) was constructed as a Naoto Shuzo Hydroelectric Power Station for power electrification of Ashio Copper Mine. The third oldest power station in Japan. Because the Hosoi Dai-ichi Power Station was completed in 1879, the Naito Power Station transferred the right of use to the electric company in Ashio Town. Abolished in 1954. A beautiful brick building remains.
