山本園大谷グランドセンター（やまもとえんおおやグランドセンター）は、栃木県宇都宮市にあるヘルスセンター跡。「Y園Oグランドセンター」「大○グラン○センター」等として紹介されていることもある。「栃木のマヤカン」とも言われる。 昭和30年代に開業したが、昭和末期に廃業となった。 正面入り口前の道に警告付きロープが張られている。厳重に管理されており、接近するとセンサーが作動し警報音が出る状態となっているという。
