鳩和荘は東京都西多摩郡奥多摩町にあった旅館。風光明媚な鳩ノ巣渓谷に建つ。 鳩ノ巣にはいくつも旅館があったが殆どが廃業してしまい、これ以外にも荒廃が進んでいる建物が見られる。 付近には移転前の旧・一心亭の建物も見られる（一心亭は現役の飲食店である）。
Hattooso is a ryokan located in Okutama-machi, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo. It is built in the scenic Hatonosan Valley. There were many inns in the Hatono nest but most of them have been shut down, and there are other buildings whose devastation is progressing. In the vicinity there is also a building of the former · Ichinpatei before relocation (Ikututei is an active restaurant).
