新宮鉱山(四国中央市) (Shingū Kōzan)

新宮鉱山は愛媛県四国中央市にあった鉱山。 1911年頃より金・銀・銅・硫化鉄鉱が採掘された。1978年3月閉山。日本鉱業(株)の経営であった。 巨大な貯鉱庫、シックナー、電気制御室、休憩室兼作業所、鉱山事務所、従業員寮の日新寮、火薬庫、雷管管理室、火薬保管庫など大規模な遺構が残る。 通洞坑やトロッコのレールを転用したガードレール、ズリ跡の端に祀られた牛頭天皇宮も見られる。

Shingu Mine (Shikoku Chuo City)

Shingu mine was a mine in Ehime prefecture Shikoku central city. From around 1911 gold, silver, copper and iron sulphide were mined. Closed mountain in March, 1978. It was the management of Nippon Mining Co., Ltd. Large scale remains such as huge reservoirs, thickers, electric control rooms, rest room rooms / workshops, mining offices, employees' dormitories Nippon dormitories, gunpowder stores, detonator control rooms, and explosive storage houses. Guardrails diverted from tunnels and truck rails, the Emperor Palace headed by the end of the sling trace are also seen.
