三好鉱山(黒長谷小学校) (Miyoshi Kōzan)

三好鉱山(みよしこうざん)は徳島県三好郡東みよし町(旧・三加茂町)にあった鉱山。 銅・硫化鉄が採掘された。 江戸時代から稼行していたと言われる。明治時代には個人が採掘していたが、大正時代に久原鉱業(後の日本鉱業)が開発に着手。 その後休山と再開を経て昭和時代になって大規模に操業、昭和11年から昭和14年にかけて最盛期を迎えた。 銅の品位が低下して昭和19年に滝倉坑が操業停止、昭和20年に三好本坑も休山となり閉山。 その後高越や東山など他の鉱山とともに高越鉱業に払い下げられたが再開されることはなかった。 三好本坑周辺には第2坑や第6坑の他、石積みなどの施設跡、ズリ跡などが見られる。滝倉坑周辺にも石垣跡などが見られる。 黒長谷集落(くろはぜしゅうらく)には鉱山事務所や貯鉱所、黒長谷小学校などがあった。現在ほぼ住民は見られず、黒長谷小学校は平成2年に閉校、校舎やプールなどが残る。 閉山後に居住者の救済の一策として同地が開墾され三好鉱山集落が発足。当時は15世帯ほどが暮らしていたが、昭和40年9月最後の1軒が転出、廃村となった。屋敷跡やプール状の遺構が残る。

In addition to the 2 nd pit and the 6 th pit, around the Miyoshi main pit, there are trace of facilities such as masonry and slippery trace. Ishigaki ruins etc are seen also around Takuraku pit. In Black Nagatani village (Kuro is a shrine) there were mining offices, reservoirs, Kuro Nagaya primary school and so on. Currently almost no residents are seen, Black Hasegawa Elementary School closed in 1990, school buildings and pools remain. After closing, Miyoshi mine settlement was established as the land was cleared as a measure to rescue residents. At that time, about 15 households had lived, but the last one in September 1980 was transferred, it became a waste village. The remains of the residences and the remains of the pool remain.
