岸根砲台(岸根鼻砲台) (Kishine Hōdai)

岸根砲台(岸根鼻砲台)は広島県江田島市にあった砲台。岸根は「がんね」と読まれる。 1898年(明治31年)6月着工、1900年(明治33年)9月竣工。270mm加農砲4門、90mm速射加農砲4門を備えた。使用されることなく1919年(大正8年)1月に廃止されるが、太平洋戦争中に弾薬貯蔵施設として使用された。 戦後は民間に払い下げられ、海水浴場として開発されて砲台の三分の二ほどが破壊された。掩蔽部跡を利用した「岸根砲台記念館」などが設けられ、砲台跡公園として整備されたが、その後公園自体が放置されて再び廃墟化しつつある。

Kishie Battery (Kishi Nose Body)

The Kishiwane Bank (Kishi-nose Battery) was a battery that was in Etajima-shi, Hiroshima Prefecture. Keisuke is read as "cancer". Construction completed in 1898 (Meiji 31) June, completed in September 1900 (Meiji 33). There were 4 270 mm guns and 4 90 mm fast gun firing guns. It was abolished in January 1919 (1979) without being used, but was used as an ammunition storage facility during the Pacific War. After the war, it was paid to the private sector, and it was developed as a beach and about two thirds of the turret was destroyed. "Kishigane Battery Memorial Museum" using the trace of the occultation part, etc. were set up, and it was maintained as an elevated ruins park, but after that the park itself was left abandoned again.
