高根鉱山(高山市) (Takane Kōzan)

高根鉱山は岐阜県高山市にあった鉱山。銅・鉛・亜鉛が採掘された。 江戸時代1690年頃に発見。 近代に入り1898(明治31)年に粟村敏顕、1901(明治34)年に麻田佐右衛門に鉱業権が移る。1902(明治35)年に道後鉱山から高根鉱山に改称。一時は坑夫千名を擁する県内では神岡鉱山に次ぐ大鉱山となった。 1908(明治41)年、日露戦争後の不況により休山。その後長瀬清作に経営が移り1913(大正2)年に三菱合資会社に売却。機械化がすすめられる。 目立った遺構は見られない。

Takane mine (Takayama city)

Takane mine was a mine in Takayama city, Gifu prefecture. Copper, lead and zinc were mined. It was discovered around 1690 in the Edo period. In the modern era Toshiaki Awamura in 1898 (Meiji 31), mining right transferred to Asada Maeda 1901 (Meiji 34). In 1902 (Meiji 35) renamed from Dogo Mine to Takane mine. In the prefecture which has one thousand miners temporarily, it became the second largest mine after the Kamioka mine. In 1908 (Meiji 41), closed due to depression after the Russo-Japanese War. Management then shifted to Kiyosaku Nagase and sold to Mitsubishi Joint Stock Company in 1913 (Taisho 2). Mechanization is recommended. You can not see any remarkable remnants.
