(Yakusa Mura)

Yakusawa village (Happy Muura) was a village in Ibigawa-cho, Gifu Prefecture, formerly Sakauchi Village. Yagura village was divided in Genroku 6 (1693), absorbed into Kawakami village in 1872. In the Meiji 30 (1897) year, it became Sakauchi village Hachigusu Ward by three village integration at Kawakami / Hirose / Sakauchi. We decided to migrate to Hokkaido by repeated floods and burning slash and the village was dissolved in Taisho 8 (1919).
