乙女鉱山は、山梨県山梨市牧丘町柳平にあった鉱山。 明治中期よりタングステンやモリブデン・鉄鉱石・マンガン・水晶を産出。昭和五十年代まで採掘されていた。乙女鉱業（株）の経営。 乙女という名はこの鉱山で採れる、タングステンの鉱物を運ぶのが女性であったからだと言われている。若い男性は坑内で鉱石を掘り、年老いた女性は鉱石の選別、そして若い女性は鉱石を運ぶという役割があったという。 ケイ石鉱山として露天掘りを中心に採掘が行われていた場所と、川沿いの斜面にある水晶採掘場所がある。 無断採掘は禁止されている。
