赤芝橋(国道113号旧道) (Akashiba Kyō)

赤芝橋は山形県西置賜郡小国町の国道113号旧道にある橋。 現在の赤芝橋は四代目で、川岸に古い橋の橋脚だけが残っている。初代および二代目の橋がここにかかっていたという。 初代の落合橋は1885年開通、1889年6月流出。二代目赤芝橋は1908年開通。 1939年11月に開通し1967年8月に流出した三代目赤芝橋の橋脚跡も見られる。

Shoshiba Bridge (Route 113 old road)

The Shoshiba Bridge is a bridge in the old road of National Highway No. 113 in Oguni Town, Nishi-giken-gun, Yamagata Prefecture. The current Akashiba Bridge is the fourth generation, and only the bridges of the old bridge are left on the river bank. It is said that the first and second generation bridges were here. The first Ochiai bridge opened in 1885, and flowed out in June, 1889. The second generation Shoshiba Bridge opened in 1908. You can also see the bridge piers of the third generation Akashiba Bridge that opened in November 1939 and flowed out in August 1967.
