板谷鉱山は山形県米沢市にあった鉱山。 カオリナイト・絹雲母が採掘された。 1941年から出鉱。当初は坑内掘りであったが、1963年から露天掘りに改め階段採掘法で採掘していた。製紙用カオリンを産する日本でも屈指の鉱山であった。 かつては大型機械類などの遺構が見られたがほぼ撤去され、ジークライト（株）エコポートでの産業廃棄物最終処分場になっている。
