(Yamagata Kōtsū Takahatasen)

Yamagata Traffic High Takami Line

Takahata Line (Takahata Tenshin) used to branch off from Takahata station on the Ouwamoto line in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture (formerly known as Takahata station in 1991) to Tsutsugaku Station via Takahata station , Yamagata Traffic Railway Route. Because the spinning industry has developed around Takahata machi, it was laid to transport industrial products. Being electrified in the Showa era, before World War Two, in addition to industrial products, it also carried the transport of wood, dairy products, charcoal and fruits. After the war, due to the development of the truck, handed over to it there, it was totally abolished in 1974 (Showa 49). Map is the trail of Takahata station.
