藤ヶ谷鉱山 (Fuji Ke Tani Kōzan)

藤ヶ谷鉱山は山口県岩国市(旧・玖珂郡玖珂町・美川町)にあった鉱山。明治期には喜久鉱山と呼ばれた。 この鉱山のタングステン操業は喜和田鉱山より少し遅れて昭和5年に始まる。 1930(昭和5)年頃開発。日本鉱業(株)により銅・タングステンが採掘された。1986年閉山。 五仙峠の山頂付近に選鉱場があったという。 跡地付近には防衛施設局美川送信所が位置し立ち入ることはできない。

Fujigaya mine

Fujigaya mine was a mine located in Iwakuni-shi, Yamaguchi Prefecture (formerly Kuga-gun Kuka-cho · Mikawa Town). In the Meiji period was called Kiku Mine. The tungsten operation of this mine starts slightly later than the Kiwada mine in the Showa 5 era. Developed around 1930 (Showa 5). Copper and tungsten were mined by Nippon Mining Co., Ltd. Closed mountain in 1986. It was said that there was a mining site near the summit of Gosen Pass. Mikawa transmission office of the Defense Facilities Bureau can be located near the site and can not enter.
