山口県宇部市にある山陽本線田草場第1踏切付近のテリオスキッド。 2013年には既に現在の位置に放置されている。 2020年10月時点で現存し、タイヤは空気が抜けており、塗装も長年の放置で劣化している。 ナンバーは付いているままである。 なお、このテリオスキッドは中期型であり、テリオスキッド販売期間の1998年10月～2012年6月中の2000年11月～2006年8月中の期間のモデルである。
