馬上鉱山は大分県杵築市にあった鉱山。 寛永6年（1629）に砂金から発見されたという。 日本鉱業株式会社により金・銀・銅・アンチモンが採掘された。 1943（昭和18）年、金山整備令で珪酸鉱山に指定され、佐賀関製錬所へ銅精錬に使用する珪酸鉱を供給していた。 1950（昭和25）年、閉山。
Magami mine was a mine in Kitsuki-shi, Oita prefecture. It was discovered from gold dust in Kan'ei 6 (1629). Gold minerals, silver, copper and antimony were mined by Nippon Mining Co., Ltd. In 1943, it was designated as a silicate mine at the Kanayama Maintenance Order, and supplied silicate ore used for copper refining to the Saganoseki smelter. Closed mountain in 1950 (Showa 25).
