岳集落（嶽集落、秩父市） (Take Shūraku)

岳集落（たけ集落）は、埼玉県秩父市の廃村集落。「廃村T」「T集落」等として紹介されていることもある。 1955（昭和30）年時点では10戸44人の人口があった。十二社神社という大きな神社がある。 ゲーム「SIREN」に登場する「羽生蛇村」のモデルの一つとなったという。
